i'm trying to use a dell 10% off code that i got from a certain site, but its not working when i try to enter it. its not supposed to expire until feb 15. any thoughts? i'm trying to use it with the 20% of peripherals + free s/h to get a 19" monitor but its not accepting the coupon code.

any help would be appreciated guys...

edit: or is the 10% coupon redeemable only once?

Dell has two separate stores: one for Home/Home Office and one for Small Business. IIRC, the codes for one won't work with the other. Double-check the coupon.

the coupons states for dell home software & peripherals, which is where i'm trying to buy the monitor from....

my guess is maybe since they have 20% then the 10% code doenst work? but im sure i've seen these type of deals posted on the hotdeals forum before....

I thought Dell's order page told you what the problem with a coupon was if it did not accept it. Is it giving you any specific error?
