dell cd drive doesnt open

this sucks. i got my inspiron 5150 the other day, and my cd drive doesnt eject anymore! it just randomly stopped working. it reads the disc inside it, but wont eject. im mad!
 
won't eject ever or just when you use the fn-f10 combo?

tried using any/all of these methods?
fn-f10
button on side of cd drive =)
my computer -> right click on the drive, select eject.
 
Don't hesitate to give Dell a call about this. They've got the absolute best support/tech repair out there in my opinion.

Assuming you've got the standard onsite repair, and you contact them today, you'll have it fixed no later than Monday.
