Just bought a new system (X800GTO and X2 3800+). I think I'll jump on one of these rather than wait for the new LCDs on Feb/March. Which one? Mainly for OTA TV and general use, not a big gamer.

Hot for these panels is sub 800 for the 2405 and sub-400 for the 2005.

Those are Canadian prices which would put the price sub $800 in US funds.

To my bedroom after I took my DC setup and made it strong enough for fastest games, or making 4.3GB or Dual layer encodes super fast, seti folding & other taxing programs, just to name a few but I also wanted to make a home entertainment center. after I saw how nice 2 friends Dell FPW was over other 21in I saw in past 3 weeks looking and after seeing the movies and games IQ it was a no brainer for my setup.In fact it was so good I had to get the rest to do it justice

I got the DeLL 2405 Ultra Sharp FPW

But the FPW WS 2405 needs a card that can do 19by12 a wugxa

I got the 7800 GTX KO VIVO 256 HDTV 19by1080I like monitor and can do native 19by12 monitor

Logitech Z5500 5.2 SPEAKERS 505watt THX/ 3 Pro Logic modes/3 Stereo modes/2 DTS modes

Audigy ZS plt Pro with external hub so I can do speakers on optics and other stuff

I have HDTV on it and it rock the Dells rocks with wugxa cards

HDTV 1900by1080i is outstanding mostly sports nature at the level and my dvd are at 19by12.

I got HDTV from Direct TV and joined netflix.

As for non HDCP that all a big scare They have been working on a fix and it will come out soon.
