Kind of small hdd, not very much ddr2 memory, and not a dvd burner, but that's what a desktop is for. About the only thing I would upgrade on this is the ddr2 memory, you can get 1gb (2x512mb) of memory on the forums for about ~$60, or you could just buy another 256mb stick for ~$15

put a gig of ram in it and it should do ok....32 bit vista maybe no eye candy on but it should run it

I bought a near identical B130 laptop a month ago on the 10 days of deals thing. Diff was that it had 1gig ram and perhaps a slightly bigger hd, but I pitched in a little more to up the hdd and battery.

But to answer your question, it was obviously loaded with XP home, but the sticker on it said 'Windows Vista Capable'.

It's a Pentium M so it should run Vista, you will definately want 1gb of memory though
