All you really need is a valid Microsoft License Authorization Number that has not been used for this deal allready. I used the one my company has to buy the deal. It has been approved and has been shipped. Where there is a will, there is a way!

Also the page says that you have to Buy Windows Server 2003 and a 25 user CAL to qualify.

Is this really a good deal? The Axim is the low end one... what else does it come with? It's $199 retail without coupons...

I am sorely tempted to grab this but not sure the Axim is that great a value...
