Maybe one of you have come across this before. A friend of mine has a Dell 924 All-In-One and he cannot print B & W. He used to be able to check that option for this type of printing but it is gone now. I am sure there is some option that he is changing that isn't allowing him to do this. My best guess is that he has 'photo quality' on therefore you cannot print B & W. It's just hard to trouble shoot when you are not there and this guy is pretty clueless on computers. Has anyone had this problem?
