Morons buy 10 laptops thinking "Gee no one else is doing this and I will easily make $200 profit per laptop".

Take that mentality x 10,000 AT/FW users = oversaturated market = barely breaking even = not worth it.

I've done the laptop reseller thing a couple times... not really worth it IMO. I've actually sold some where the only profit I make will be the FW cash. However, all of this is great for the end-user buying a laptop!

I saw yesterday on the news that laptop sales outpaced desktop sales last month. Dell has alot to do with that. There are three of us, just in my group at work, that have purchased a 700m from Dell in the past month.

mine is already in the boxing stage. The preliminary ship date was 6/22 but its 6/8 and its already being boxed. Is it supposed to be this quick?

How long has it been in the boxing stage? Mine has been since yesterday. I ordered one for my brother on the SB deal. This $750 deal isn't as good because they jacked up prices. FYI, the boxing stage is when they are on the plane from Malaysia.

No network 😀

The moment it gets here Im slapping in another 256mb, a cd burner, and the 2200b/g. I may pinmod it too.

Why would you not have them put the 2200 in there? It's only like $25. Or did you already have the chip?

Is yours a 6000? How did you get it with an 80 GB HD? When i bought mine yesterday they only offered up to a 60 GB HD for the eligible 6000s.
