Hey all,
I have a problem and i know you all will know the answer. I have this 5.1 Dell Surround Sound speaker system that came with my computer. I want to know how to hook these speakers to run them through a reciever. The problem is that the cables that hook these up to the computer, well there is 3 of them. One for the sub, one for the satellite speakers and one for the center channel. How would i do this, or is there an adapter i can get?
Thanks for the help

Dont really know what you mean.

Like, your reciever has no speakers? Is the reciever a 5.1? We need to know a lot more..

Well, what i mean is that i have this older reciever, and just want to use my computer speakers instead of buying new ones. That away i can plug in other audio sources and play them through my computer speakers too.

can you list what input ports are in the back of the speakers or just post a pic of the inputs?

There are three cables that come out of the subwoofer, that go to the source of the audio. The speakers are connected to the subwoofer into specialized slots.
