I think the Dell 2405FPW is a great buy if you have a video card that can support it. Also when purchasing a monitor, keep in mind that this is the only part of your PC you look at day in and day out. You have have a killer 7800gtx but you don' t exactly stare at it for 2 hours.
But I have two questions that can hopefully be answered and backed up with a good reference site
1) Does the monitor support 1080p?
2) What is the refresh rate of the monitor at its native resolution of 1900 by 1200 on DVI( I think)?
I currently own a killer CRT. IBM p260 21inch. And don't really need to upgrade the monitor but if the Dell can support 1080p and has a refresh rate of atleast 85 I am in. And on side note, when looking at LCDs using DVI, is refresh rate still a concern, I don't notice many review articles even talking about it.
Thank you
