Yes, the 24inch has been around 730 and the 20 inch around 330, just gotta wait for the right deals.

Most of the LCD TVs have crappy resolutions so they wouldn't be that good for computer work and gaming. LCD monitors (doesn't have to be Dell) are what you should look for.
