Yes, PM me the rep I spoke to said spread the word. PM and I'll give you his info.

Yes, but it seems only certain reps will do it, other reps, are clueless. I think someone started a group buy and we are all tagging along, basically, someone said, hey give it to me for this price and I promise to buy 20 more at that rate, next thing you know, like 2000 people wind up purchasing.

probably just skimp on AA and AF a little bit. That high you won't notice AA much anyways.

Nah.
I missed out on the 860 price and I'm not stressing (who would on saving a grand).

But i'm sure it will be down to $860 or lower before long.

Same thing happened with the 2005, they offered it at a good price to start out, then it kept dropping to levels no one could believe like $600.. then ppl were getting it for $550.. and now it seems you can regularly get one for $500..

i bet before long the 2405 is $800 thru dell home (no tax for alot of us) and free shipping regularly.
i'm placing my bets on it.. and if not.. i'm not hurting (i use the 2005).

but i do need another lcd for my other computer, and this 2405 would set me up nicely.

Well, I'll be home in a bit, getting ready to hook it up!!!

Wuh ... hooooo!!!!!!!!!

How is your video card handling it? Are you suing DVI to hook it up.

I have Ti 4200, I want to upgrade, but I'm thinking SLI or wait until newer more power vid cards come out that handl 1920-1200 with ease.

video card is actually doing pretty well at that resolution. I have tried 1680x1050 and I don't see any interpolation either. So far 1680x1050 with 2x AA looks best and gives better performance than 1920x1200 IMO.
