Dell 2209WA Default Color Profile

Hello.
I recently bought this great monitor.

I installed its driver which automatically applied its Color Profile.
Today, using Photoshop and Vista Image Viewer I noticed some colors looks differently in some images.

I haven't calibrated the screen, I used the parameters as told in prad.de review.

I disabled the Color Profile and compared.
Most photos are more saturated and darker using the profile. Skin Tones looks much more yellow.

I wonder, If I want the best sRGB results for my photos, should I use the Screen Profile? Should I revert back to Vista Default (sRGB)?

Anyone tried to measure how close to a calibrated screen it can get using the provided profile and the screen settings?
