60 off $500 coupon

plus additional 2% off if you use DPA.

look at the usual places for coupons.

ACK so tempting.... I don't know what to do lol should I jump on it? Or wait for it to drop some more? I heard that the 2001 is better for gaming?

does anyone think that this is the lowest it will get? if I wait till next week is it going to be 40% plus 90 off like last march? plus can we add 35$ of 300 in addition to the other coupons and DPA?

can't stack the discounts together.

maybe DPA though. where does it say 2% off on DPA, I don't see it on dell's site.

It worked for me...
I actually purchased it yesterday, but I called and had them put in a package refusal for me. I then reordered. It was worth $40 to me...
Came to $412 for me with tax.

hot but i have no need for it. i got one last time when it was 356 and sold that to coworker for a cheap 400 and even delivered it to him myself

there has been many threads about 2001 v 2005.

2001 = 1600x1200, great for games
2005 = 1680x1080, great for movies and multitasking in one monitor, some new games support 16:9

other than that, not much difference, i think the contrast ratio is different too, but not by a lot

Hmm, can't make up my mind on this or the 2001, any opinions?

I mulled over that same question, originally settling on the 2001 until a few "this is perfect, it's absolutely gorgeous and beautiful" 2005 posts swayed my opinion.

In the end I'm glad I chose the 2005FPW, I'm not really a gamer and although it's vertically shorter I'm ok with that. I can have a web browser window open and my Trillian list to the right without any minimizing.
