Still doesn't work for me. I guess I am too new to this coupon stuff at Dell.
I just tried it, and works for me. Try an alternate browser or computer - can't be anything else :s.

Mine was perfect, no backlighting either.
But YMMV.

Good Refresh Rate for gaming?
12ms response time. Pretty good.
I'm waiting for displays to get to the point where we are saying, "Only a 20nano-second response time? Man, I won't take less than 18."

All exchanges must be done within 21 days - usually, we can exchange the monitor 3-4 times during that period. But to be on the safe side, do it three times, and if you don't like it then, just return it. For chat option, login to your account, and on the main page look @ the lower right hand corner of the page. If you can't find it there, just search for it. You need to talk to a technical assistant first, and then to a sales associate. The technical assistant will give you all the required links and info (make sure you list an email that is current, because DELL will email you the log of the chat session).
Just as a side note: LCD's are categorized under Portables. So use the chat link for Portable Technical Assistance (I think it's the second option).
Hope this helps.

When you exchange who pays for shipping back the bad one?
And if your new one that comes is worse then the one you have can you keep the best one?

All the shipping charges are incurred by DELL. You can keep the model that according to you is better. If you don't ship back the "defective" one within 10 days, DELL will charge your card/account. If you decide to return the monitor altogether, then and only then will DELL charge you for shipping. For me, it's a viable option - I was charged $13 - in the worst case scenario, I'll lose $13 max.
As a side note, DELL is starting a similar deal tomorrow:
34% OFF + $60 off = ~435.

The replacements are brand new (allegedly) if they are within the first 21 days - hence the exchange process. It's part of DELL's Complete Satisfaction Guarantee. "If I get a monitor with finger prints on it, it's definitely going back."
