It is a revision A02, assembled in Mexico in November 2005. The pictures describe it better than I can, have a look.
This is what my Gamecube looks like normally for the first few mintues of using the monitor.

I'm seeing some problems even with VGA coming from the laptop. Some of the words on the screen look like they are vibrating almost and I had a ton of faint vertical purple lines going down the screen too that were not supposed to be there. Maybe its because I'm using VGA? The backlight is a bit brigther in some spots than others such as in the corners.
Its cool though that hitting the display switch button on the laptop cycles through all the options available of viewing through the two screens including PIP and PBP and automatically adjusts the resolution. I tried extending the desktop which is sweet also. The thing is so bright it almost lights up my whole room but the contrast is very nice.
