Dell 2005 and photoshop="the monitor profile is defective"?

Just picked up my 2005 and I tried running photoshop. I got a pop up from photo shop saying "The monitor profile dell 2005fpw color profile, appears to be defective. Please rerun your monitor calibration software"
No software came with the monitor.
To those who have this monitor what did you set your settings to on the monitor?

I did a google on the issue. I found that if you run Adobe Gamma on the LCD monitor this should (it did on my monitor) remedy the issue. Here is the link to run Adobo Gamma:

Before you make another color profile, some say delete the original ICC profile.

I looked on the "2005FPW" cd and didn't see this stated problem and or solution. No matter, issue resolved (at least in my case).

Just follow the instructions on my previous post regarding Adobe Gamma. Click on the start button>control panel>Adobe Gamma. Follow the instructions regarding the color calibration. I saved my new profile under a different name. Some say to delete the original ICC profile before creating a new profile. I didn't and I just saved my new profile under a different name. Now I don't get that error come up when opening PhotoShop 7. Good luck.
