I can't seam to get my mouse (MX510) to work off the LCD's usb hub. Once I plug it in I get the pop up "detected new hardware", then it says "installing new MX510 mouse" finally it says "Hardware did not install properly you may have a problem." I have a USB drive that works fine off the same usb jack that the mouse fails on. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Try another USB port - on the computer to see if the mouse works then.

reinstall the drivers with the mouse in that USB slot

and, try disconnecting ALL other usb devices, and disable your AVirus sw while you try it.
