Dell 0F896N CPU upgrade

I have a Dell Inspiron 546 with a 0F896N mobo, Athlon II x2 215 CPU. The chipset is 780G. My Athlon that I have now is an AM3 Socket. I was wondering if i can put a Phenom II X4 955 95W or Phenom II X4 960T 95W in my PC. If i can do both which one? Im leaning towards the 960T for overclocking, but if i cant even OC then i'll go with the 955 95W
