delivery time for registered mail from US to Israel?

I sold something on eBay to someone from Israel and shipped the item on Aug 14 from the US. It hasn't arrived yet. Does anyone know what the usual delivery time is? I sent it by Registered Mail at the post office.

Registered mail travels by lock and key. Even a domestic registered package can take upwards of 2 weeks. I would give it a month for international.

best thing is to call USPS because they can give a pretty good estimate on it
