Delivery Receipts not being sent in Outlook 2002

Outlook 2002 used to return a delivery receipt back to me for the e-mails that I sent successfully. However, recently I've not been receiving those receipts. The option is selected, but I'm not sure why I'm not getting the receipts. My read receipts still work fine. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any input.
