Trump Supporter's Business Was Raided by ICE After Tip-Off, DHS Says

"We're not able in Key West to just replace people as easily as, say, a big city, very limited people to pull from, and then you would have to train them, and that takes sometimes years." His MAGA-decayed neurons are trying to fire up but aren’t quite there yet—he’s *this* close to figuring out why immigration in America is a good thing and should be legalized.

Oh but the cherry on top of this delicious chocolate schadenfreude sundae is this:

“WAAAAHHH WAAAAHHH WAAAAAHHH THE MEDIA IS SO UNFAIR!!!!”

MAGA is nothing but people who think they’re better than everyone else and their kryptonite is being made to look in a fucking mirror.

I don't get any schadenfreude from this man's plight. Yes, he voted for the wrong candidate, and he is a republican. And yeah, he bought into bullshit from a piece of shit conman. But he isn't MAGA. Just a hard working farmer living in a extremely small community where group think holds sway. There but for the grace of the spaghetti monster go I...

JJ had voted for Trump in part because of the president’s promises to cut spending, but he’d never imagined the cuts would target a core Trump constituency. It made no sense to JJ, who said he didn’t know what DEI stood for, much less what it had come to represent. He didn’t hire Otto to promote an agenda, and he didn’t think the government owed him a handout. The Agriculture Department had sought out JJ and the other farmers promoting an opportunity intended to lift the whole country
“I’d like to think a year from now, what’s being done now, we see the benefits from it,” JJ said of what Trump was doing and how he fit into it. “I would hope.”
He didn’t care much for politics, preferring parenting and self-help books to partisan podcasts. The fervor Trump inspired unsettled him — he’d hated trying to explain the “F--- Biden” flag outside town to his daughter — but JJ found elements of the president’s rhetoric appealing. He, too, resented that the country sent billions of dollars abroad when so many people here needed support.

And the article states what I've been saying for decades. American (specifically white Americans) will not do this sort of work that is currently
done by migrant workers. These goes back to the day of Caesar Chavez, which is my era.
Farm work, field work, dairy work, slaughterhouse work. The vast majority of this of done by immigrants. Americans just won't do this work.
Never have, never will. It's just too effing hard.

From the article:
“I’ve employed Americans, and they quit after a few days,” said Tracy Vinz, assured $400,000 for her organic farm in Wisconsin. “They quit after a few hours.

“I’ve had a couple who didn’t even last a whole day,” said Mitch Lawson, a Georgia produce farmer who lost nearly two dozen American employees before he qualified for $200,000."

When do you think we’ll see Trump supporters complaining about Trump getting us into another war, here on these forums?
My vote is we’ll never see that.

More people who voted for immigration gestapo are upset when the gestapo detains their wife.

“In 2024, toward the end of his presidency, Joe Biden’s administration granted her a permit allowing her to work legally in the US. She had also been navigating the process to obtain legal permanent US residency – colloquially referred to as a green card – for years.

Nonetheless, instead of supporting the candidate Biden endorsed to succeed him, then vice-president Kamala Harris, Olivera’s husband supported Trump in November’s White House election. He told KGTV that Trump’s promises to deport criminals en masse appealed to both him and Cynthia.”

People decided to ignore this part during the election.

Being in the US without legal status is generally a civil infraction rather than a criminal violation. Nonetheless, despite its claim that the immigration crackdown is mainly meant to rid the US of violent criminals, the White House has maintained that anyone in the US who lacks legal status is a criminal subject to deportation

So when is big agra and the meatpackers turn to get raided, I ask. As well as others, just when is it are those big construction companies and the nationwide care home businesses going to get raided too? There should be thousands upon untold thousands of folks that can be victimized and disappeared by the incognito ICE Raiders of the Brownies. Couldn't be that these businesses' habit of stuffing Trump's and their state's politicians bottomless pockets with campaign cash have anything to do with it, right? Oh no, heaven forbid.

I'm sure the majority of those folks escaping from persecution in their home countries and those seeking a better way of life are devoted Christians. So why aren't our highest ranking church leaders condemning the horrific treatment their ignored flock is suffering from in the name of the fear and hate campaign that Trump and his oligarch buddies are stoking their party rank and file with? This collusion between the Republican party and the Christian churches of America is a match made at the gates of hell. They both share a common goal of turning our nation into a theocracy, despite the separation of church and state that Our Constitution stipulates.

Can't wait to see what the Republican authored New Constitution looks like, considering that Project 2025 will be the foundation it rests on.
