Deleting SPYWARE--its restricted access on me (admin)!?!

C:\Program Files\Common Files\CMEII

im logged on as admin, no other applications running, it's not in the computer processes currently operating, etc...

i toggled its folder property (read-only)... still, it wont allow me to delete.. and if i try to open the folder it says Access Restricted.

tried DEL /F; RMDIR from dos.. neither works

try booting in safe mode? did it come with an un-installer? if so run through that

Try downloading Ad-Aware and uninstall it. adaware uninstalled the gator thing for me.

if u cant do it through windows... adaware wont be able to do it.. and it didnt..

i even booted into safe mode with command... tried to access the folder and it said "ACCESS DENIED"!


how do i GET RID OF THIS FOLDER?
