Deleting IE 6.0 profile settings possible?

I've come across some problems that involve loading Java programs in IE 6.0. I can usually load the program as one user but can not as another. The only fix I can find to the problem is deleting the profile that does not work and creating a new one, once I do this the Java program loads. Is there a way to reset all settings in IE 6.0 for a particular user or delete files or do some registry cleaning to get IE to load back to brand new like a new profile was created?
 
look for whats been changed in your registry ... maybe you can find some resources on the web about what the default registry settings are for IE...
