Deleting Drive

There is this supposed "CD Drive" in My Computer and which I have no idea where it came from. I used Daemon Tools and Virtual Machine, but uninstalled both of those programs and this drive still exists. I already checked in Computer Management, but it is not listed there. This wouldn't be a problem, except it took over the drive letter of my external hard drive when i took it home for the weekend and now my itunes library is all messed up.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this?
 
I went into disk management and the drive was not listed and i cannot change the drive letter of the external drive to what i need because this "drive" already somehow has it. I can disable the other drives, but not this one for some reason.
