Your temps are fine. I overclock my p4 by 25-30% with the standard Intel copper heatsink, and it gets up to 60c under load, which is ok by me. These cpus are pretty durable. Most important is if the system remains stable, without random reboots or windows bluescreens. For higher overclocks, I would switch to pc3200 or higher memory for better performance. But first try your old memory with the memory ratios in the bios. Check your manual for location of the settings.

It is constructive, "moron." You should be buying a better video card rather than risking a BBQed P4 from OCing. Not to mention that adding heat from something like a 9800/5900 series would likely hurt the max clock as well.

I'm all for entertainment. But I'm also not going to let some loser disrespect me like that. That's all. This board has a ton of information, and it's got a lot of areas where you can have a lot of fun.
