I have posted a thread just now in off topic, and one last night looking for information, nothing of which I felt was outline anymore than what I have seen on that forum, and somehow they have just been deleted. Can someone tell me why? I haven't gotten any emails or pms as to why they have been deleted. I would just like to know.

You probably won't find out either. Usually the only time you're notified is if your post is out of line enough to be warned formally or that your thread was moved, which ususally doesn't happen much in off topic.
