i called that number boomer D posted and put in a complain but i have a funny feeling like that jeffrey said , they probably dont care.

It just piss's me off they get to do whatever they want with my package, edison is town in NJ thats right next to mine but somehow my package ended up in NY instead of just shipping it a town over and to top it off they damaged it.

I ordered a DVD from amazon on the 9th, it shipped on the 13th from a town over where i live but instead of coming to my house it ended up in Brooklyn ny.....i was supposed to get this package on the 16th but i received it today, damaged. its not damaged to the point where im going to return it but the dvd was squashed and it has dents and wringles on the cardboard outside. this is suppose to be a christmas present so i cant really return it in time to get something else.

how do i go about complaining about this ?

lessons learned, always choose to pay instead of picking the free option, right.

actually even if you don't pay for shipping, that doesn't mean the seller didn't, no one ships your packages for free.
