Just bring your return to any Staples store. If you don't have your receipt your return is eligible only for an in?store credit. Any return without a receipt is subject to verification and requires a valid state identification or passport. We carefully monitor our refunds and in some rare cases returns made without receipts may be refused.

Yes guys, I read this....by my main question is, can I return this product that was bought ONLINE but not actually sold in the retail stores?
