For reasons unknown my game board is gone. I tried looking for a scan of a game board but no luck yet. I'm not sure if that's even legal, but I don't wanna toss the otherwise perfectly good game away.

I don't have a scanner, but I could take some high-res photos for you. My board is not at my house right now, but I could get it tomorrow.

That would be awesome. We blew up the other picture and it was near impossible to see anything.

Get someone to scan/photograph the board in segments and assemble the pieces?

I believe the BoardGameGeek site has a section for people to buy, sell, and trade not just games but pieces of games. Someone might have a board they are looking to sell off if they lost most of the rest of the game.

You guys can take pictures of the board in sections, then email it to me and I can put it all together using my photo stitching program, then email it to TallBill.

EDIT: Photographing will be difficult if the lighting is not uniform. Scanning would probably be better.

EDIT 2: Make sure there's a good overlap between the pictures so that the program can combine them properly.

Doesn't have to be perfect, just playable and readable.

mount it on the wall and bounce flash 90 degrees up. Don't bother with a reflector card. I take pics of artwork and religious icons this way. It totally works.

We stopped playing A&A pacific when we realized that the Japanese player could throw 100% of their military against india, and satisfy the victory condition before the allies could hope to stop them.

I was talking to those who actually have the board to take pictures of it. It won't work so well if they just have a point and shoot.
