Not even remotely easily, no. But it's possible.
You would need to hire a shop to do the work that is comfortable
with effectively complete chassis fabrication.
$50K probly do it but it depends on a lot of things.

Ha! Maybe $50k if you supplied all the hardware.

Funny part is there are a number of ls1 miata running around.
By running around I mean being awesome.

What I mean is, put an entire Miata into the engine bay of the Acura.

Between engine, transmission and ECU you are probably at $20k and that's without any supporting parts like cooling, suspension and fueling systems.

that's relatively simple. all you need is a miata, a TLX with no engine, and a car crusher that produces cubes.

Why not drop in the drivetrain from a 2009 Impala SS / 2008 Grand Prix GXP? It's already turned the right way for you... 😀
