Creditkarma.com is free but doesn't offer a full report IIRC. Their score calculations are conservative as well (not that it's a bad thing depending on your point of view).

I use Credit Check Total. The offer daily pulls of all 3 and provide email alerts about changes. I think they advertise $29.95/month, but I've never paid more than ~$11/month with promotional rates (every time I call to cancel.)

I use credit check through USAA for daily checks, around $12/month after discounts. You do not need to have any accounts with USAA, just get a log in. If you have an american express they also offer a similar service.

Just use creditkarma for free. If you see a substantial dip in the score it will denote why in vague terms. From there you can pay for a full report to find out what is going on. In the meantime, enjoy a free report as your credit should remain relatively free from erroneous reports.
