I think it will be tight if it fits at all. I haven't been able to find out the dimensions of the internal space before you get to the hard drive enclosure area. If it's just as large as the biggest mainboard it will accept, then you need a card that is 9.6" or less. I believe the average 6950 is over 10". You could just crack your case open an measure it since that would be easier than trying to guess and returning a card that doesn't fit.
 
Yah I was really leaning towards an AMD card but it seems the new Nvidias are smaller. I'm going to have to measure 🙁
