rudeguy has a little r not a big R. I had to break out the kneepads and vasoline to get that fixed.

Back on point:

Neckrub isn't so bad. He for sure isn't an RBM and while he is annoying, he at least adds original thoughts to the forum.

Heller OTH, is just a troll. I wouldn't give 2 shits if he didn't bring recovery into it. Now he's also evolving into an e-thug and won't even try to be hard with a grown up. He insists on picking on Trident. Anyone who picks on the weak like that deserves whatever punishment the forum gives him. Including what I did.

i saw a pic he claims to be his brother, or was claiming. i don't know if he's still trying that or not. but yeah, not really scary. of course, neither is trident.
 
if you dont think i could beat trident up one on one your mistaken i workout 5 days a a week and bench 235. I'd have a very easy time hurting him. Not that i ever threaten him or anything, im not sure where that came from.

Plus he looks 12, im double his weight i'd have no problem with trident or tridents friends.

I think that was the syntax on my old TI-BASIC computer (if I recall correctly).
