Finding the derivative isn't tricky at all, it's taking the integral first. Pain in the ass is all
 
Personally I prefer Mathematica since it is considerably more powerfull in the range of operations it can perform. Thank god all the advanced classes let you use computers or calculators to solve the math instead of making you do it by hand. In real life at your work you will NEVER solve a single integral or derivitive, so learning these skills is only usefull to gain an understanding of the concept.
 
If you first use the Euler identity, and then do Taylor expansion, and finally use the L'hospital rule. This should give you the answer of absolutely nothing.

No, your professor who writes the exam determines that.
 
I guess I don't feel so stupid anymore. The easiet approach is to first apply the product rule and then use the fundamental theorem of calculus to find the first derivative.
 
got here a little late, but I could do that one in my head.. Fundamental theorem of calculus, part II makes it quite simple; after that, it's just one simple derivative.

if you have a calculus/algrebra problem with only variables... it can still solve it
