I ordered my groomsmen gifts here last week. They've already been shipped, so I should get them this week. One of my groomsmen visits ATOT on occasion, so PM me if you want to know what I bought. 🙂

Last 3 I've been in I got a multi-tool, business card holder (pocket-type) and leather coaster set. All of them had my initials on them and were nice gifts.
 
we gave all of our guys personalized gift cards for stores that fit their needs well and stuck it inside a nice pair of black socks they could wear with their tux. We put a ribbon in our wedding colors around the socks.
 
Get them t-shirts with an iron-on picture of you and your wife-to-be. Except make sure you're like 4x bigger than her in the picture. 🙂

This idea struck me as great. I would take it one step farther and get them a small waterproof butane torch. IDK how much they run but if it's too costly, I'd advise a personal engraved Zippo with a nice picture on the side and some thoughtful words on the other side.

I bought most of my groomsmen engraved business card holders, my stepson who was a groomsmen received dogtags (don't ask) and the last groomsmen got an engraved flask. All together not more than 90.00 for 5 groomsmen and 1 best man.

Look dude... you're screwed... and you're thinking too hard... you're not going to find some landbreaking gift for 30-40$... it just isn't going to work. Get them engraved money clips... or pocket watches.... and be done with it. Thats the best you can pull off... have a fantastic time at your bachelors party and your groomsmen will be very happy.

Stop thinking so hard.

Yes these are from thingsremembered... so if you feel that strongly about it... go buy them elsewhere... but don't expect to find any decent pocket watches for under $50
 
I was best man this past summer. Decided on 2-stick cigar cases with an attached cutter. The fellas all loved them. Of course, as best man, I got a 3-stick cedar lined model....

As mentioned, you're thinking to hard. You aren't going to send your fellas in to tears with any sub-$40 gift.

edit: All the cases had cigars in them as well 😉
