9 bucks an hour is NOT a good job

Ironic that you sound like you're 12.

yeah let me type clearly just for you

Hey, all I'm saying is that you look ridiculous when you call someone's age into question when your posts read like a pre-teen's IM conversations. You don't have to type clearly just for me. 😉

Getting fired at a minimum will delay collecting benefits from 2-12 weeks after the grace period (in most states)

Going to school will also void your benefits.

It does not sound like you are going to be on the public dole for a long while.

Well, Yes. I had, however, never recieved any dicipline proir to this, the owner's sun no-calls/no-show's on a regular basis, and keeps getting "warnings"

You cannot compare yourself to that person.

In my own business also, I come and go anytime I want (sometimes I show up late and leave early, make surprise visits many times - keep the employees guessing). If I put up myself on schedule and come and leave at the time mentioned, then my employees know when I am coming and leaving and they might **mess** around (like you used to do - no pun intended) and cause harm to my business.

All of you must be picture perfect employees and citizens to be criticizing the OP with such vigor.
I'm sure the vast majority of you who browse this forum from work are breaking company policy.

File UI, and look for another job. I'm sure jobs of that level are a dime a dozen.

The responses in this thread are typical ATOT
No, the responses in this thread are encouraging the OP not to be a worthless drag on the economy and DO something other than be a slacker. While he knows this, he doesn't seem to see that just collecting unemployment is not the way to go about it.

like I said, typical ATOT. Sampson hit the nail on the head in the post above this one.

NOT EVERYONE LIVES IN CALIFORNIA. In some places 9 dollars an hour is very decent.
