Been there, done that, but if you do, be sure you know what you're getting into. These things can take years, use up a huge amount of your time, require that you know a *lot* about law and the rules of civil procedure, and you're still dealing with a court system that will happily ignore law, logic, and fairness if it means that the judges end up with less work to do.
