The thing about laptops is the ambient temp is always changing. What could be a stable OC on your desk at home could cause lockups at the office, or a friends house. And the temp will really get bad if it's sitting on your lap or carpet.

I would OC it where it is stable on your lap, on a hot day... and no more.

Any way to check for GPU stablity except gaming for 3 hrs straight? Multiple loops of 3dmark03 maybe?
