I have my computer hooked up to my tv via s-video, and I've noticed that whenever I have cable connected (through coax) there's a faint but discernable cycling that happens while I'm watching stuff from my computer. Is there an easy way to fix this permenantly (ie: not alternately removing and connecting the coax cable depending on what I want to watch)?
