So if this is forced intercourse, why isn't this being called rape? If it was you, you would be the alleged rapist. Guess rape is to harsh a word to use on a sports star.


It's about time the "heroes" of the game get treated like the rest of us. A lot of people are doing long, hard time for much lesser drug charges than some pro athlete who just gets a good talking to and a fine.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely.You give some big dumb animal like Bryant millions of dollars and more power than he knows what to do with and things like this are bound to happen. It's just a shame that we make these sports morons our national idols and give them the psychological fuel to think that they can get away with something like this. Then of course, there is OJ...

Good to see the bitterness against "those damn jocks!!!" doesn't end once the nerds get out of high school. Or maybe it is that there are a lot of high schoolers posting here.

Personally I still believe innocent until proven guilty.

Yes he is a dick for committing adultery. Kobe was one of the few basketball players i respected (i have lost the respect from the adultery not the rape charge). i guess the only one left that has any kind of morals is shaq.
