I would say he made a bad decision in sleeping with this girl, but I think the fact that he admitted to adultery makes him *not* a dick.

Wow, this is truly disappointing news. After seeing his emotional press conference admitting his adultery today, I hope everything goes smoothly and that he is found not guilty or innocent, whichever applies, assuming he did not assault this women of course.
