He is saying IF you order refurbs from newegg, and IF you DON'T get some of the accessories, call or email the above person and they will send them to you FREE.

This is the email response from Asus:Sir please contact our RMA dept at ***-***-**** option #3 and they will send you the parts they are missing.

No. What he is said is that "Asus" did that for him. I suggest you don't go calling Asus asking for missing parts from your other various branded Newegg refurbs.
