If you're trying to convert a sentence fully from English to Spanish no that basically doesn't exist in computer form. Languages are far to complex to apply to any simple conversions at the moment without the aid of a human, truly knowledgable in both, to determine if it's done correctly. I'm sure it will happen but you ain't gonna be able to translate a book at the moment without it reading kind of hokey.
