Delete Peripherals Category?

There seems to be much overlap between General Hardware and Peripherals. Any chance Peripherals can be merged into General HW?

I agree, I've tried posting there once or twice, but generally very few people will ever see the post(or the people who post in Peripherals just don't feel like answering), so I usually end up posting in GHW anyway.

I would replace it with Mac, Gaming or Security or a combination of all 3 🙂

Mac: GH, OS, software, network; depending on the post.
Gaming: GH, software, network; depending on the post.
Security: OS, software, network; depending on the post.
Malware/adware/spyware: OS, software, network; depending on the post.

😉

Maybe you should limit the hours that the Peripherals forum is open each week the next time you have to decide where to cut costs.

Actually, I think there needs to be an "Intel-Only" forum. See this thread.
I guess you could make an "AMD-Only" forum as well. It would eliminate the pointless flame wars and would keep the fanboys seperated as to prevent wars. Just a thought.

Another vote for a security forum. These is so much crap out there these days that it deserves to have its own category - with a couple choice sticky threads.

There are already so many great Security forums already out there. I go to those for real answers and insight.
