Yeah there's no way the software they are selling is legit. I bet if you look carfully they say they don't include the liscense of some crap like that to keep it technically legal.

people on Ebay sell OEM software for prices like this all the time, and it's legit. They have to sell it with hardware so they are always paying visits to junkyards.

People on Ebay need to learn to read the EULA better... anf for crying out loud, just because it happens on EBay doesn't make it legit.
