its probably because the Acekard 2 doesn't work on the dsi. I'm pretty sure Nintendo isn't stupid enough to leave the same exploit used in DS flash carts to work.

I assume that's why you see DSi compatible flash carts.

I don't think he meant that as a troll and I think he's correct. Only the Acekard 2i, EZ Vi, and R4i are compatible with the DSi. And I've that the R4i is just a knockoff clone of the Acekard 2i. If you really are trying to use an Acekard 2 with the a DSi it isn't going to work.
