have you ever experienced deja vu?

i did this morning. Driving to work i passed a construction site and also had the radio on. as i passed the construction site the news was on the radio.

i knew i had heard and seen the same exact things before but there was no possible way i could have. it was really weird.
 
All the time, down to the smallest details... even if its something i have never done before, i have gotten that feeling and it sort of freaks me out.

i have had them for many years...some rile you up more than others...i used to get paranoid because i interpreted them as a bad omen and the next even would surely involve, great pain, loss or death...

in other words... go with the flow...

Why does deja vu happen?

Is there a scientific explanation for it?

Since I joined the Army, I dont ever recall having deja vu.
But before, yes I've had it.
