I had no problem getting into college while white

i had no problem getting a degree while white

i never had any trouble getting good jobs and staying employed while white

I’m in my upper 50's now, and i can’t think of any single time in my life that being white was anything but an advantage

if you think your problems are caused by ‘DEI’, you’re just a friggin loser, that is all
Pretty clueless, this isn't 1990.

The problem with DEI isn't just that better candidates are missing out on job opportunities, it's also that we're stuck with dumbasses that shouldn't have the jobs they do. That impacts you too.

Calling people losers with a justification of what your mind invents to stereotype people, suggests more than anything that you don't think logically. It should always be about the most qualified candidate for the job and if you don't GET that, you're part of the problem.

Your massive SAMPLE SIZE OF ONE only tells me that your head is in the sand. It doesn't matter if what you stated is true 90% of the time - it matters to the other 10% of people too, and that includes someone who was most qualified but not white, losing the position because some other minority applicant was first to hit the DEI checkbox in the hiring process.

I believe in equal opportunity to compete for jobs based on the skills relevant to that job.

"They made me vote for Trump, those dirty Democrats! It wasn't my choice to vote for Trump! I don't care what happens because I take no responsibility for my vote! I didn't even know what was going on, look back at my posts and you'll see when people asked me about things Trump had done and said on the campaign trail and in the past administration I didn't know anything about it! It doesn't matter to me what happens anyway, I've got mine, I'll be dead pretty soon, so fuck everybody else!"

Another clear sign of delusion if you have to try to project onto others, something in order to try to make an otherwise failing argument.

That's called a double fail.

I have now exceeded my attention span for this topic so I take consolation in knowing that there are a bunch of panties getting put into knots right about now and I'm not the one going to untie those knots, lol - unsubscribed.

It's not projection, Greenman has blamed Democrats for him having to vote for Trump. If you look back through his posts he largely doesn't know what's going on, what Trump and the other Republicans have said and done before and after the 2024 election, what their policies are, what the effects of their policies are, nothing. Despite being gigantic fucking liars the MAGA leadership was very candid about what the agenda was for Trump 2.0 and they've followed the Project 2025 plan as written. But of course Greenman didn't know anything about that and exhibits less than zero concern about the wide-ranging, profoundly negative consequences of his vote for Trump and MAGA. He is the poster child for FYGM, emphasis on child, isolated in one of the poorest states in the union. So no, not delusion, not projection.

I don't think you know how to unsubscribe, let me help you: click on your name in the upper-right corner of the forum page, and then click Deactivate account. There you go, unsubscribed.

We have an entire administration full of unqualified inept white people, yet you accept that as normal.

That's the problem.

Mindless got a 19 on his ACT and is mad because the "darkies" with 28s and 29s kept him from his spot at the big 10 school in his state. He is a POS and can't handle a little introspection.
