Dehydration...

Water is good. Juice is nice too.
Also make sure to pump up your minerals, that may be why you feel bad.
Sodium and Potassium.

When I was 7, my father took me and my best friend to the lake on a hot day to go fishing. I hadn't drank any water or fluids all day. I told them I was going to take a piss near the woods. I later woke up in a park ranger's office with my father and my friend picking me up. Apparently I had got dehydrated and I passed out on some path where the park ranger later found me.

I got really sick a few years ago and ended up in the hospital with dehydration. It was awful. It took 7 bags of fluid intravenously to get me back to specs🙁

I'm slowly learning the lesson of "drink water you shitbag!" I usually have a glass of water and/or a glass of Powerade at every meal, but since I ate out for the past 2 days, I neglected that (and consumed ~60-80oz of soda).

Migraines stink...I get them only once per year, but they are particularly severe. (Always around Sep when school starts)

Yeah, you should definitely drink some water. Mineral water is good too as well as Powerade or Gatorade.

edit: yeah, I need to drink more water too, hope you feel better...

(60-80oz of soda?!? wow...that's a lot. I guess I drink a lot too when I go to work...McDonalds 🙁)

I was really dehydrated over the past weekend due to a bug. High fever, vomitting, and diarrhea.

It literally took gallons of gatorade over a few hours to get me to the point where my urine didn't look like the color of a tennis ball. Luckily, Gatorade and Sierra Mist were the only two things I could keep down.

Take a steam bath with a glass of cocktail or any of various short mixed with a fruit cap on top of the lid. 😛

Water. If you think you're lacking electrolytes too, you can drink a sports drink diluted by water in something like 1:1 or 3:2 proportionality.
