Weep for humanity when you realize that MW3 has probably sold more copies than every game by every dev mentioned in this thread put together.
 
I was most sad about Pandemic / Bizarre / Ensemble.

Pandemic was partnered with Bioware... EA bought them both to get Bioware and gutted Pandemic pretty quickly.. I like Mercenaries.

Bizarre, I thought for sure MS would pick them up.. good team.. sad how it played out.

Ensemble was a great RTS team... MMO staffing killed them... never realeased the project & kept all the staffing.
